Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sailor, we deliver orders across Egypt.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your governorate, address details, order volume, or the courier company’s schedule.

All orders are currently paid using Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly, including your full name, phone number, full delivery address, and governorate, to avoid any delivery delays.

If the customer does not respond to the courier, refuses to receive the order, or provides incorrect delivery information, Sailor reserves the right to refuse or limit future Cash on Delivery orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or high order volumes.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

، نقوم بتوصيل الطلبات إلى جميع أنحاء مصر.

تستغرق مدة التوصيل عادة من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب، وقد تختلف المدة قليلًا حسب المحافظة، تفاصيل العنوان، حجم الطلبات، أو جدول شركة الشحن.

جميع الطلبات يتم دفعها حاليًا عن طريق الدفع عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery).

يرجى التأكد من إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح، بما في ذلك الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف، العنوان الكامل، والمحافظة، لتجنب أي تأخير في التوصيل.

في حالة عدم الرد على مندوب الشحن، أو رفض استلام الطلب، أو إدخال بيانات توصيل غير صحيحة، تحتفظ Sailor بالحق في رفض أو تقييد إمكانية الدفع عند الاستلام في الطلبات المستقبلية.

يرجى العلم أن مدة التوصيل المذكورة تقديرية، وقد تتأثر بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل تأخيرات شركات الشحن، الإجازات الرسمية، أو زيادة حجم الطلبات.
